TV CRUSADE MAGNITOGORSK RUSSIA

One hour before the opening night of our crusade in Magnitogorsk the heavens opened, the rain poured down in torrents and the streets and pavements flowed like rivers! Would any one come? – Yet the hall was full! The second and third nights the main hall was again filled, but with unbelievers only. The believers were sent up to the overflow hall till that too was over-full with standing room only!

As usual, the meetings were broadcast on the local regional TV – but only after a battle! The day we arrived in town, the TV station cancelled the contract, yet the next day, after seeing David’s religious visa, they changed their minds! This was a miracle – but it was a miracle we asked God for, because everywhere we go, we want to reach not just the people in the hall, but the people at home who would never come out to a ‘religious’ meeting.

None of us can get through life without a problem. We all need Jesus! When you are in a storm in your life, don’t be afraid, He loves you, and He is there in the storm with you! Call on Him! Life is not easy, and even things which seem to be easy often turn out to be difficult! And it’s difficult to do the things we know we should do. But Jesus sees the problem! The time when Jesus is most likely to come to you is in the darkest hour of your own night! At the hardest time in your life. That’s the wonderful thing about Jesus! He knows you need Him when you have problems, when you are sick, when you are conscious of your sin, when you have no work, no money. Nothing happens in your life which Jesus does not know in advance. But He prepares a way for you and comes to you at your darkest hour. Jesus is the Son of God, He knows you, He knows your life. Nothing is impossible with Jesus. Jesus died on a cross for you and rose again to prove to you that with God nothing is impossible. Things that are impossible to you, God can! He is in complete control! Things which are a problem to you are not a problem to Him! That’s why we need a partnership, a relationship with God! He will come to your rescue! The answer to your problem is Jesus! God is calling you, “Trust Me! I’m your Father, I sent My Son to pay the price for your sin,” – that’s how much He loves you! Jesus said, “Will a man die for his friend? But who will die for his enemies?” – For those who reject Him? But Jesus did! Don’t run away from God. He loves you. God is calling you. He WANTS to give you forgiveness, a new life, He WANTS to include you in His family – don’t be afraid of Him – He’s your Father, He loves you!
