Returns Policy
Unwanted Goods
You may return most products to us at any time up to the end of the seventh day after you receive them without giving us any reason. We aim to make refunds to you within 5 days of receiving the returned goods. The goods must be in the condition they were in when delivered to you and you are responsible for all delivery/postage charges.
You cannot return any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must contact us by email or in writing within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
You will need to return the items to us but we will replace them or refund the cost, including all delivery/postage charges, to you.
Terms of Sale
Price
The prices payable for goods or services that you order are as set out in our website, newsletters and magazine.
Despite our best efforts, on
rare occasions the prices displayed may contain errors. Where this happens, we
will do one of the following:
if the correct price is lower than the price displayed we will charge you the
lower price and fulfil the order; or
if the correct price is higher than the price displayed we will at our
discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the
equipment, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Delivery of Goods to You
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
